An in-depth, hands-on discovery process of your personal and functional style encapsulated by interior design. Through the combination of our detailed style evaluation process propelled by our unique sourcing relationships that allow your home to speak specifically to you.
Our clients receive multiple design directions and layouts for each space. This process creates a robust conversation on likes and dislikes that’s foundational for determining the final design directive.
While we take a detailed approach to our clients’ design assessment, our touch points are refined and efficient. We use a conversational approach and our team handles the creative development, procurement management, and installation nuances.
As we become familiar with our clients’ stories, we infuse the design with elements that contribute to the home story. Our designs always strike a balance on unique versus foundational pieces, a mixture of textures, and utilizing the space for optimal lifestyle flow – this is what makes a space personal & interesting and has our clients investing only in elements that are worthwhile. The end-product is worthy of a magazine spread yet completely & uniquely suited to our clients.
The process of designing your home can be stress free and fulfilling. Our role is to anticipate needs before they surface and guide our clients in the areas of process, scope, and budget.
It is the approach of touching each space in the home to create a comprehensive story. Our most convincing designs are those we get to renovate and furnish fully in a way that each element has a purpose.
Each client project is unique in need and scope. We craft our fees based on these elements and mutually define a scope of work. Every project begins with a walk through to establish the design fees on the front end.
Hope Miriam Designs works on all variety of residential projects – including new builds.
Our furnishing and renovation projects typically take 8-12 months and new builds usually take over a year. We encourage prospective clients to reach out 3-6 months prior to their preferred project start date. Good design takes time, and our best work is completed with the lead time to truly orient ourselves with the client and their needs.
Yes! Nothing tells a better story than an heirloom accent or a furnishing that has stood the test of time.
