MEET MODERN SCHOOLHOUSE

Modern Schoolhouse is owned by a family that loves reading and making cocktails. Their home was flipped before purchasing and had a very safe color scheme of light grays. The priorities for the design directive were for beautiful storage that added energy to the space along with furnishings that could sustain muddy handprints. Their Californian roots leant toward natural wood tones and a laid-back lifestyle.
